Romania CLUBFORD Days - 18 to 20 June 2016

Hello everyone, long time no see

Please read below the latest and the hottest news regarding the CLUBFORD national meeting in Romania 2016!

As written in the title topic, we're having this meeting in June, starting from 18. Not 18 o'clock, but 18th of June. ACCOMODATION DETAILS
- 100 rooms available just for us !

ACCOMODATION OPTIONS
- package I: just one night (saturday to suday): 190 ron/double​, breakfast included || 150 ron/double​, no breakfast
- package II: two nights (saturday to sunday to monday​): 300 ron/double, breakfast included || 240 ron/double, no breakfast
- package III: three nights (friday to saturday to sunday​): 350 ron/double breakfast included, || 300 ron/double no breakfast
- EXTRA NIGHTS PACKAGE: if you want to stay more than 3 nights: 140 ron/double, breakfast included OR 100 ron/double no breakfast; these prices are PER ADDITIONAL NIGHT SPENT

* for all of the 3 options above, one or two kids younger than 12 years old have free accomodation in the same room with the parents and free breakfast

** kids older than 12 years pay for one more place in the room (50% of the package price) and get an extra bed in the room
*** single accomodation (adult, of course) is 90% of the prices above.

Prices above are valid ONLY through the meeting website, as it was in the last years.

There will also be a party (saturday night) with somewhat limited menu (price: 35 ron / person, no drinks included) ... but it is not mandatory to buy it when registering !!! And there are plenty of options to eat what you want at the pubs and restaurants nearby before the party, and just buy the drinks during the party.

To make a reservation, first you have to have (or make) a user on the Romanian forum, or ask Dani (or me) to help you. While logged in the Romanian forum, visit the meeting website - thus the website will recognize your user-name. Go through the registration steps and finalize registration.

After registering, the website will automatically issue a proforma invoice that has to be paid latest on May 16th. You can pay just for 1 night in advance, the rest can be paid at the hotel.

MY PERSONAL EXAMPLE OF REGISTRATION
- i want to arrive friday 17th and stay 7 nights in a double room, no breakfast: so i have the "package III" of 300 ron, plus 4 more nights each at 100 ron; TOTAL to pay 700 ron
- quite close to the hotel i know (and tested in the last years) a very good cantina ... that's why i chose no breakfast, and no menu during party
